It all sounds smart! It’s what I learned in cardiac rehab four years ago, and now, I’m once again enrolled three times a week. I wish you had a pool, I had a pool – we all had pools! I love that exercise and love being in the water. But this advice sounds so good -have fun!
I have a lovely pool with a view of the river right in my gym. I got out of the habit of swimming after a six week post-surgical confinement to dry land. I’m glad your doctor’s orders have you in the pool, and not out!
